- There is no exchange or return policy, in case if the product is damaged or not correct, Exchange possible!
- Only Size can be exchange (only with same article) delivery charges will be applicable 400/-
- If you will reject the parcel, you won’t be able to order ever again.

How to claim?
- You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at mominaammarclothing@gmail.com or by WhatsApp or calling within 02:00pm to 07:00Pm (Monday to Friday) at: | +92-343-499-4554
- You must notify us regarding your claim within 3 days of delivery.
- Product should be sent back to Momina Ammar Clothing within 3 to 4 days of purchase in-case the claim is accepted by Team MA online.

The return and exchange address will be provided once the product claim is approved online, along with photographic evidence.
*In case of approved claim, return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

Refunds
Refund policy for paid orders
After claim approval Refunds for paid orders will be processed only through the payment gateway used during checkout. No direct bank transfers or cash payments will be issued to any individual.
Refund Policy for COD orders
Bank transfers/wallet payment will only be processed after the claim is approved and will be issued to the account from which the order was placed. Please note that the account holder's name must match the name on the order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Momina Ammar may cancel orders for any reason. Common reason may include: The item is Out of Stock, Pricing Errors
