Orders and Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations by Us: Orders may be canceled due to:

    • Misbehave with our customer service representative 
    • Social media campaigns against any political and religious issues.
    • Shipping unavailability in specific area or region.
    • Any unforeseen circumstances.
    • Natural disasters, Public holidays
  • Order Cancellations by Customers:
    • Customers may cancel their orders before they are processed.

    • If you wish to cancel with your paid order, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that a 3.5% bank charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

      Refunds will only be processed through the payment gateway used for the original transaction. We do not offer direct bank deposits for refunds.
