How to claim?

  • You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at mominaammarclothing@gmail.com or by wtsup or calling within 02:00pm to 07:00Pm (Monday to Friday) at: +92-343-499-4554
  • You must notify ums regarding your claim within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product should be sent back to momina ammar within 3 to 4 days of purchase in-case the claim is accepted by Team MA

*In case of approved claim, return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

*No exchange or refund is offered on items purchased on sale price.

 

Refunds

We have a ‘No Return or exchange’ policy. However, product return or exchange may be allowed in exceptional cases where you have size issue or damaged products. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 7 Working days Required for the processing of returns and Refunds.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Momina Ammar may cancel orders for any reason. Common reason may include: The item is Out of Stock, Pricing Errors
